It was an amazing experience to meet Arfeen in person. After a full day of mega event, in which he was speaking for nearly 7 hrs, I asked him — from where do you get so much of energy to talk. He replied I am passionate about it and it comes effortlessly to me. With astonishment I said to myself wow what an amazing man. It was an exhilarating experience to listen to him in person. His ideas are extremely innovative. We discussed about our believes regarding life and death, he was like — is it pre-decided or it can be changed? If it is decided why people fear dying from COVID. And if it can be changed then it can be changed so why to worry. And we were like yes that is also a perspective to look at it.

I learned from him, that if are stuck in life or going thru tough times, a simple way to come out of it is to reflect on our baselines and its expression or non-expression. Once you know that, take charge and change it. He explained what is meant by a powerful question. A question which leads to progressive answer is a powerful question. And a question which leads to guilt, past, negative answer is a bad question. Like for years I asked myself why I am stuck in same situation again and again. He emphasized that it is a bad question as it would lead to more N-codes and would crush me over time. However if the question can be re-framed, like what can I do to not get into such situations, it is a powerful question as it would refocus me on the progressive path.

He said make a note of all the bad questions you ask yourself each day and replace it with powerful questions. This way you can coach yourself. He made is so simple. And I have my moment of realization.

He shared an interesting story. Did anyone hear about Arfeen Khan courier services? Hold on your breath. There was this elderly man walking on the street. He was limping and could hardly walk. Arfeen stopped his car and asked — Gentleman do you need any help. He said no. My house is just across the road. The speed with which he was walking, it would have easily taken him at least 15 mins to reach home. Arfeen requested him to sit in his car and allow him to drop home. After a long persuasion the man agreed. On way Arfeen asked why you have to come out to get stuff when you can’t even walk properly. He said I have my son sitting at home but they are too busy to get daily stuff from market. So I have do it on my own. Arfeen reached his home knocked the door. Man’s son opened the door. Arfeen said please accept the delivery of your father. He is back home safe and after saying that Arfeen walked out. Man’s son was in tears. What a lesson he taught to the young man that day. Infact when Arfeen was telling this story, we could see the pain in his eyes. He was like how can people just leave their parents like that. What is happening to this world.

There were many more such jaw dropping moments at the event. Complete gratitude to this MAN. I am so happy I came to Mumbai for the live event. Best decision I ever made in my life. Special thanks to my mentor Jay Parek for pushing me to come for the event. And I am so grateful to all my CTF buddys for keeping me grounded and focused. Thank you guys. Power of community and mastermind is immense.
